1. Contract conclusion
The sales contract comes off by the order of the customer and distribution of the commodity. Contracting party of the customer is:

2. Right of revocation 
The following rights of revocation apply only to private consumers, i.e. each natural person, who locks a legal transaction for a purpose, which can be added neither to its commercial nor its independent vocational activity. To buyers, companies and public mechanisms the regulations of the commercial code (HGB) apply.

You can recall your contract explanation within two weeks without indication of reasons in text form (z. B. Letter, fax, E-Mail) or by return of the thing. The period begins at the earliest time with receipt of this instruction. For keeping the period of revocation a punctual sending off of the revocation or the thing is sufficient. 3. Revocation sequences 
In case of an effective revocation are refunded the received achievements on both sides and if necessary pulled uses (for example to give change interest). If you cannot refund the received achievement totally or partly or only in worsened condition to us, you must carry out Indemnification according to value if necessary. During the hiring of things this does not apply, if the degradation is lead back of the thing exclusive on their examination - as it would have been possible you for instance in the store business.

In all other respects you can avoid the indemnification according to value obligation, by taking the thing not like an owner in use and omitting everything, which impairs their value. Package-capable thingsof being shipped have to be sent back.

During a return from a goods delivery, whose purchase order value amounts altogether up to 40 euro, you have to bear the cost of the return, if the supplied commodity corresponds to the ordered. Otherwise the return for you is free. Not package-capable things of being shipped were fetched with you. 

For organizational reasons we do not accept postage unpaid returns. Request us therefore to get a back transmission sticker or frank the return sufficiently.

5. Guarantee and guarantee conditions
The legal warranty laws apply.

6. Data security 
The data you have entered are stored for the business completion and the care of the customer relationships. After supply of the commodity you only recieve a calculation from us. The data are not passed on third, as far as we are not legally obligated to it, and/or needed for the dispatch procedure.

It does not take place use of your data for advertising purposes.
